MoneyTrack is a personal finance app that helps you track accounts, budgets and transactions. We take a deliberate, minimalist approach to privacy: your financial data never leaves your device.
None. MoneyTrack does not collect, transmit, sell, share or store any personal information on a server. There is no account to sign up for, no analytics SDK and no tracking. Everything you enter — accounts, budgets, transaction descriptions, amounts and dates — stays locally on your device in the app's own private storage.
MoneyTrack offers a paid subscription processed entirely by Apple via the App Store / StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Apple may share with us an anonymous transaction identifier solely so the app can confirm an active subscription. Apple's own privacy practices apply to that interaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you use the "Quick Add Transaction" Siri shortcut, the phrase you say is processed by Apple's voice services according to Apple's privacy policy. The shortcut only triggers an in-app screen — no transcript is sent to MoneyTrack.
When you export your data as an XLSX spreadsheet, the file is created locally and you choose where to send or save it. MoneyTrack itself never uploads it anywhere.
MoneyTrack is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
Future versions of MoneyTrack may add optional features (for example, opt-in iCloud backup). If any such change ever introduces data collection, this policy will be updated and you will be informed inside the app before any data is collected.
Questions about this policy: hello@example.com (replace with your support email before App Store submission).
